Great homage is paid to the supreme discipline of winter sports in the Silvretta Montafon area - alpine skiing. 79 cable cars and ski lifts make an enormous ski area accessible. This ski area is too big to be explored on only 1 vacation!
Access to a 297 km long skiing paradise can be found right next to the Gastauer Apartments. Snowboarders will also get their money's worth here. In the snowboard park, 13 jibs, 8 jumps, and a 120 m halfpipe await daring skiing & snowboarding acrobats. Despite the enormous size of the developed ski area, most of the Montafon is still untouched and completely natural.
Anyone who tackles the strenuous ascent with skins will be rewarded with a breathtaking view and pristine powder snow slopes. Our local ski guides will take you safely into the mountains. The deep snow and freeriding areas in the Montafon such as the “Black Scorpions” with 14 ski routes provide plenty of variety.
